§ 3 Order / formation, text and language of the contract
The display of goods in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer to conclude sales contracts, but rather a non-binding invitation to order the goods from us.
The following technical steps lead to the conclusion of the contract:
The goods displayed on the product pages of the "shop" can be placed in the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button.
The payment process can be initiated in the shopping cart by clicking the correspondingly named button "Checkout". As soon as you click on the "Buy" button at the end of the online order form, you are making a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the items placed in the shopping cart. You can correct any input errors in the shopping cart by either changing the number of your articles or by deleting articles entirely by clicking the "Remove" button before you go to "Checkout".
Immediately after we have received your contract offer, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is associated with the acceptance of your contract offer and the purchase contract is concluded
Only German is available for the conclusion of the contract.
The text of the contract, consisting of your specific order data and these terms and conditions, is saved by us. You can also view, print and download the terms and conditions at any time in our online shop. Registered customers can access an overview of their orders after logging in in the "Your Account" area.
§ 4 prices / shipping and other costs / payment
The prices stated in the online shop include the statutory value added tax (VAT) and other price components.
In addition, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee for each order, which you can view via the "Shipping costs" link that can be called up directly for the goods presented in the online shop and which we will show separately in your shopping cart.
You can pay by credit card and through the PayPal payment service.
If payment is made by credit card or PayPal, your account will be debited with the invoice amount on the due date.
§ 5 retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
§ 6 delivery / service disruptions
We deliver within Germany as well as to Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.
The delivery time is one to 6 working days within Germany and seven to ten working days in all other countries listed, in each case calculated from receipt of payment. This only applies to items that are marked as available in the shop. We point out any different delivery times for individual goods separately in the online shop. Delivery times for ordered goods and custom-made products can be found in the order confirmation.
Insofar as disruptions in business operations for which we are not responsible, in particular strikes and lockouts as well as cases of force majeure, which are based on an unforeseeable and involuntary event, prevent us from delivering your ordered goods within the specified delivery time, the delivery time is extended by the duration of performance disruptions caused by these circumstances. If corresponding disruptions mean that we cannot deliver within one month of receipt or approval of payment, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Other claims, in particular statutory rights of withdrawal, which you are entitled to within the period of one month, remain unaffected.
